I recently stayed at this luxurious four-star hotel and had a truly exceptional experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore the area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch - they went above and beyond to cater to my needs and make me feel welcome. The room amenities were outstanding, with everything from comfortable bedding to a spacious sitting area. I also appreciated the in-room safe and the free toiletries provided. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi in public areas and had an on-site car park, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Absolutely traditional Japanese Ryokan (inn) - extremely courteous staff and excellent cuisine. Own Onsen bath (can also be booked privately on request and at an extra charge).
Basic knowledge of Japanese absolutely helpful (almost necessary) - but at check-in you will be reminded that the staff does not speak English.

The hotel's surroundings were easy to navigate, with everything within walking distance. the reception was quick and the staff were warm, hearted, efficiently assisting with our accommodation. the indoor garden was an impressive addition to the hotel, adding a welcoming and refreshing touch. the meals were top, notch, serving an array of courses presented in a luxurious fine dining style. the tatami beds were comfortable and the bathroom facilities were spotless, featuring all the necessary amenities, including bathing products and clean towels.
The hotel failed to provide reliable Wi, Fi access; it would have been great to stay connected while enjoying the hotel's serene atmosphere.

Staff friendly and helpful. Large traditional, style room well equipped with natural hot spring baths. During my recent stay, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They took care of everything from carrying my luggage to explaining the proper way to dress in the traditional yukata and top jackets to walk around town. the traditional, style room was large and comfortable, and the natural hot spring baths were exceptional and well equipped with shampoo, soap, etc. It was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The location near the town center was convenient and we enjoyed the traditional Japanese meals offered at the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly, even if they had limited English skills. Additionally, the hot springs were very relaxing and soothing after a day of exploring.
Our Christmas stay here was not ideal. The room had a strong cigarette smell that was unpleasant. The heating system was not functioning properly and it was uncomfortably cold. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was only available in reception and did not work very well there. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel during the winter season.
